With the formation of Hungerford Allotment Holders Association, three documents were created for the purpose of governance. These documents hold the management committee to account and protect the sites for the future enjoyment of allotment holders.
These documents can be viewed below, along with minutes from our most recent committee meetings. Any questions relating to the governance of the association should be directed to the management committee.
Fairfields Tenancy Agreement:
This agreement is signed by every tenant. Payment of annual rental implies agreement to abide by the obligations. Digging cannot start until the agreement is signed and rental is received.
Marsh Lane Tenancy Agreement:
